Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Data 2019

69% of children achieved a Good Level of Development by the end of EYFS. This is in line with the national figure of 71.8% (2019). The average total points score for Cononley was 35.4. This is above the national figure of 34.6 (2019).

 

Year 1 and 2 Phonics Screening 2019

In 2019, 94% of children  passed the Year 1 Phonic Screening test compared to 91% in 2018 (82% nationally in 2019). Cononley Primary School continues to achieve above the national average.

50% of those children who did not achieve the screening check in 2018, achieved the pass mark in June 2019.
